Rebound Academy is a mentoring program for Australian Exercise Physiologists, created by the team behind Rebound Health. We built it because we couldn't find it anywhere else.
Why we built this
The mentoring we wished we'd had.
We couldn't find what we needed.
When we looked for structured mentoring for EPs — real 1:1 support from clinicians who had navigated the hard cases and the business realities — it didn't exist. CPD courses gave points, not depth. Supervision was rare, informal, and inconsistent. So we built what we wished we'd had.
The EP profession deserves better.
Exercise Physiology has the evidence base, the clinical breadth, and the population need to be one of the most important professions in Australian healthcare. The barrier isn't competence — it's development. EPs deserve mentoring that matches the ambition of the work.
We only teach what we do.
Everything in Rebound Academy comes from the inside of active clinical practice and a real running business. No theory disconnected from reality. No frameworks that don't survive contact with an NDIS caseload or a private billing negotiation.

Andrew co-founded Rebound Health and has built it from a single-EP private practice into a multi-site, multi-discipline allied health group — all while maintaining an active clinical caseload. He has navigated every stage of EP business growth: the first NDIS client, the first hire, the first lease, the pricing conversations, the referral relationships, and the moments that make you question everything.

Our foundation
Rebound Academy is a Rebound Health initiative.
Rebound Health is a multi-site allied health practice that exists to show what EP-led care can look like when done properly. Rebound Academy was built to take that standard and make it accessible to EPs everywhere — not just those who work with us.
Our mentors aren't full-time educators. They are active clinicians and business operators who have current, real-world context on every topic they teach.
